This cohabitation agreement is designed for couples intending to move in together, who have children who are minors from past relationships.

This cohabitation will make it clear that all property you come into the cohabitation with will be your separate property, and any property in your sole name that you accrue during the relationship and period of cohabitation will remain your separate property. This cohabitation agreement will make it clear that if you and your partner purchase or acquire property together, or transfer existing property into joint names, that this property will be divided 50/50 in the future. This cohabitation agreement will make it clear that neither party pays spousal support or partner support upon separation.
