The calculations provided are based on the Federal Child Support Guidelines.

This product is less helpful for individuals who have complicated income situations such as individuals who are shareholders, or directors of a company as in many cases the court will apply a different value than what is set out in section 3 of the Federal Child Support Guidelines.

Please not that the accuracy of calculations relies heavily on the customer providing accurate information.
