This separation agreement is designed for couples who were never married, with children, and where one party must pay the other partner support.

We have drafted this separation agreement to be legally binding and enforceable. We recommend that both parties sign with separate lawyers. If you don’t sign with a lawyer this makes the agreement less powerful but still relevant.
