This separation agreement is designed for couples who were not married, who have children, and where neither party is paying partner support to the other.

We have drafted this separation agreement to be legally binding and enforceable. We recommend that both parties sign with separate lawyers. If you don’t sign with a lawyer this makes the agreement less powerful but still relevant.
